Buy only the groceries you need or can keep. Be selective when you go marketing. Don’t go to the grocery store when you are hungry or with others that encourage you to spend more. Remember: whenever you throw away food, you are essentially throwing away good money.
Stop buying bottled water. Tap water is free and safe to drink. If you have any concerns about your water quality or taste, use a purifier over buying expensive bottled water.
