Every new year brings with it a sense of new beginnings. Many of us eagerly create our well-intended new year’s resolutions only to find that within a month or so we don’t even seem to remember them. With our resolutions toss to the side, we continue to carry on the way we did in the previous year.
It’s not too late to reset your resolutions for a better 2022!
From the list below, check off and commit to several of the following areas as your personal improvement checklist. Make this your private checklist… just for you. Keep it in a safe place and refer back to it to assess your progress.

____Find the courage to let go of what you can’t change.
____Be a reason someone smiles today.
____Do something that your future self will thank you for.
____Encourage your hopes and not your fears.
Kudos for being a happier, healthier you for 2022! So…reset and jump in!
